069: The Adventures of Lampshade-Boy

Sunday was my birthday, and I should admit here that I spent it in wonderful, magnificent indolence. It was awesome, but on the negative side, I did not get a script to Theo to create a comic for today. Rather than ruin our recent run of near-consistency, I figured I could make a “comic” on my own, since I don’t have to be at work today. And really, for the set-up I want, it works pretty well. I promise you right now that you will never, ever see my version of “drawing” displayed in our comic. You may, however, see me pull weird shit like this from time to time. But hopefully not, because this is Theo’s comic too, and I already feel guilty that I didn’t let him do his part today. Sorry Theo.

The birthday is over, and I feel older and more wise. Also I grew two inches and learned how to breathe fire. Evolution kicks ass. Please enjoy this attempt at what might, in some circles, be called a comic, and be assured that normal La Casa comicness will be back on Wednesday, right on schedule, and with art and everything. Crazy, I know.
