102: I Thought it was a Secret…
To say that the writer and I are friends is an understatement:
We appreciate the finer things in life though we’ve always differed on what is “finer”.
We enjoy discussing politics though we rarely discuss them with each other.
We love music though only sometimes do we listen to the same thing at the same time.
We philosophize constantly and sometimes agree though mostly just enjoy hearing differing points of view and thinking abstractly.
We met in college but really got to know each other in France.
Our friendship has survived a year in France, several years of Ohio and living together, twice.
Happy belated 28th birthday to the best friend I could ever hope to differ, discuss, philosophize, travel and share life with, Ahniwa.
